Fresh Italian Pasta Station – Choose from a variety of fresh pasta and sauces which will be cooked to order in front of your guests creating a very elegant presentation.
French Crepe Bar – Golden brown crepes prepared individually for each guest with their choice of filling Oriental Wok Station – An exotic stir-fry of oriental vegetables, with beef, pork or chicken, a variety of sauces, fried rice and lo mein noodles Mexican Station – Fresh, steamed Mexican style chicken fajitas prepared for your guests with a full array of toppings, crispy tortillas and salsa with guacamole. Nova Scotia Salmon Carving Station – Smoked salmon carved to order served on black bread with chopped onions, capers, fresh ground pepper and lemon. Baked Potato Bar – Idaho potatoes with your choice of broccoli, variety of cheeses, chili, bacon, chives and much more. Carving Station – Choice of ham, turkey, prime rib of beef, tenderloin of beef, corned beef, loin of pork Raw Bar – Clams, oysters, crabs, King crab legs, lobster, shrimp, crawfish and much more Sushi Bar – Authentic Japanese sushi bar with a wide variety of items made to order Dessert Crepe Station – Crepes Suzette, bananas Foster, cherries jubilee and many more cooked to order in front of your guests. Cannoli Station – A chef will fill cannolis to order in front of your guests. Cappuccino and Espresso Bar – Made fresh to order with a variety of flavored syrups Ice Cream Station - Make your own ice cream sundae bar with cherries, sprinkles, wet nuts, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, hot fudge, marshmallow, caramel, butterscotch, chocolate chips and much more. |
