We cook the whole pig, display it at your home for 1 hour and then serve it to your guests as it falls off the bone served with choice of 2 dipping sauces
Smoked Pig Roast Same as the Backyard Pig Roast but the pig is hickory smoked. Pig Roast Plus Whole roasted pig along with hamburgers, hotdogs, all the fixins, 2 sauces for the pig roast, baked beans, lemony coleslaw and fresh tropical fruit salad and cookies for dessert. South Pacific Pig Roast Whole pig roast along with Hawaiian coleslaw, South Pacific coconut rice, grilled sweet and sour shrimp, grilled fruit, tropical fruit salad and coconut ice cream in a ½ coconut shell |
