This is the second year we were back at the Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West in Jersey City, NJ. Yeah, who knew there was a golf course in Jersey city?! It was a great event, the chef for the course made awesome home made egg rolls, fried rice and wantons to go with our pig.
