First and foremost, thank you all for your support during these trying times. We want to assure everyone we are doing all we can to be proactive to minimize the spread of Covid-19. We will start up full operations in the next week or so.
We already strictly follow local health guidelines and everyone is Serve Safe certified, which is a food safety program accredited by the National Restaurant Association as well as the American Standards Institute.
We have also dramatically increased our cleaning efforts over and above what is required with more frequent and rigorous cleaning as well as disinfecting every half hour. Employee temp checks every 4 hours as well as before they report to work.
